Uncover the secret of stamping processing of blanking products molding skills.

Blanking is one of the most common processes in stamping. Blanking is a processing method that cuts or forms material through a die, and can be used to produce a variety of parts with complex shapes. So how do you master the proper molding techniques for punched products? 1. Mold selection and use. The quality of the mold directly affects the quality and precision of the punched products. Therefore, we need to choose high-quality molds and inspect and maintain the molds regularly to ensure their good working condition. 2. The position and orientation of the mold is installed to ensure stability and accuracy of the blanking process. 3. Ensure the flatness and cleanliness of the material. This is because if the surface of the material has burrs or stains, it may affect the accuracy and quality of the blanking. 4. Control the speed and pressure of blanking. Too fast speed may lead to material deformation or damage, and too much pressure may lead to mold wear or breakage. Therefore, we need to reasonably adjust the punching speed and pressure according to the thickness and hardness of the material, as well as the shape and size of the mold. 5. Post-processing of blanked products. Post-processing mainly includes deburring, cleaning and rust prevention steps. Deburring is to remove the burrs and flying edges produced in the process of blanking, to improve the surface quality and precision of the product; cleaning is to remove the oil and stains on the surface of the product, to maintain the good appearance of the product; rustproofing is to prolong the service life of the product, to prevent the product from corrosion and damage.
